Young Wild Hog Skull

This is a Wild Hog Skull, but a very interesting specimen as its a very young hog. So young the back teeth have actually not fully come in and are still set deep within the skull making it a very neat piece for any collection. Here in Texas Wild Hogs are considered an invasive species that destroy Javelina populations and disrupt many other species! So they are regularly culled in order to preserve our Texas wildlife's balance! This hog was likely part of that process. This is a nature cleaned skull so it does have some staining and weathering that comes with that process. Does have a bit of nose damage.
